Description
EconomyCarRentals.com and CarFlexi.com are two online platforms operating in the car rental industry worldwide for the last 25 years. We are growing constantly and dynamically in terms of sales, personnel and most important in quality in our services.
As the car rental business is working in a fast pace, we have to keep up the status in order to maintain the lead in the Car Rental field.
We are passionate about throwing company events in order to know each other better and to celebrate the achievements we meet TOGETHER.
As a customer service representative of EconomyCarRentals.com and CarFlexi.com YOU will be the connecting point of the Car Rental world.
Requirements
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Customer-centric mentality with result-driven emphasis.
- Excellent communication skills, and comfort in business email communication,
- Good knowledge of computer and internet skills.
- Completed military service (for men).
It would be an asset if you have:
- Excellent knowledge of one more language among German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese or/and Swedish, or other.
- Previous work experience, especially in the field of Travel/Tourism or Customer Service.
After your training period (paid) you will be:
- Manage incoming customer issues (in email format and phone calls) and use critical thinking to prioritize them.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solving
- Customer Service focused mentality
- Register relevant information to the company’s IT platform.
- Identify opportunities to provide information that customers may require at a later stage.
- Being able to multitask for different projects with competing priorities
